If you think you have made a mistake with the item you ordered, you can cancel your Curbside Pickup order from Walmart by following the steps below:
- Go to Walmart.com from a smartphone or desktop browser.
- Log in to your account.
- Select Account.
- Select Purchase History.
- Find the order you want to cancel.
- Scroll down the page and check if Request Cancelation is available.
- If available, click on it.
Walmart will cancel your order. You will then receive an email to confirm the cancellation.
What happens if you cancel a Walmart Pickup order?
It is advisable to cancel Walmart order online after 30 minutes or within two hours before the retailer makes it ready for pickup.
That way, Walmart will refund you the entire amount of the order. But they will deduct applicable fees.
Can you cancel a Walmart Pickup order after the cutoff?
You cannot cancel a Walmart order after the cutoff. That is because Walmart has finished processing the order, and it is ready for pickup.
Besides, the cancel option in your account or Purchase History will not be available. Therefore, the solution will be to pick up the order once it arrives and return it.
What happens if you don’t pick up your Walmart order?
When you fail to pick up your Walmart order, the retailer will contact you via email to reschedule your pickup.
However, if you cannot reschedule, you can cancel the order to receive a refund once Walmart grants your cancelation request.
Secondly, if you cannot pick up your item, Walmart will hold your order for seven days from when you place it. After that, the retailer will restock your item and may charge you a restocking fee.
But you will get a refund of the original cost of the order.
