You have been watching Fox News via the app without issues. But when you open the app again, you get a message – error occurred, try back later.

In other cases, you may try logging in to your account but cannot pass through the sign-in page, despite providing the right username and password.

From our research, these are the best solutions when the Fox News app isn’t working.

1. Check your internet connection

A slow or intermittent internet connection might cause the app not to load, buffer, or get stuck on the loading screen.

To really know if your internet is behind the Fox News app not working, troubleshoot it as follows:

  • Conduct a speed test and ensure you have a download speed of at least 1Mbps.
  • Perform a power cycle on all your connected devices, including the router, modem, and streaming device.
  • Use mobile data instead of Wi-Fi and vice versa. For example, if you stream on a Smart TV, connect to the internet directly using the Ethernet cable.
  • You can also shorten the distance between your streaming device and router or modem to improve signal strength.

If you still have unstable internet, contact your ISP for further assistance.
