Fix: McDonald’s app is stuck on an old order

Try the following troubleshooting tips if your McDonald’s app is stuck on an old order and you can’t make new purchases.

Sometimes these problems could come from McDonald’s side, but other times the issue could be with your app or device.

1. Check your Wi-Fi and data connection

  • The app won’t refresh.
  • You can’t access other pages on the app.
  • McDonald’s app won’t reopen once you close it.
  • The network connectivity signal isn’t showing or is low on your phone.

After checking the internet connection, close then re-open the app. If it still doesn’t work, consider:

  • Switching from mobile data to Wi-Fi or the other way around.

Open the McDonald’s app after each step to check if it works as it should.
