Have you suddenly noticed that you cannot add items to a Wishlist on the Temu app? In some cases, the Wishlist is either unavailable or has disappeared.
Generally, the Temu Wishlist may stop working if there is a server or connection issue. Also, it will stop working if your account sync problems, whereby you access Temu from multiple devices.

Temu has also been gradually rolling out Wishlist. Therefore, the feature may be unavailable in your area.
But how do you fix a Temu Wishlist that is not working? Consider the options below.
1. Ask Temu support to restore it
When there is no heart button (wishlist), it could mean that Temu is still enrolling the feature in your area or trying to fix a prevailing issue.
However, you can always request Temu to restore it through these steps:
- Tap on your profile in the Temu app.
- Tap Support
- Select Chat with Temu. You should see a message: “How can I help you today?“
- Go to Still Can’t Solve a Problem.
- Please select the option labeled I have other questions to ask.
- Input – I don’t have a Wishlist setting.
Follow the on-screen instructions to get help. You may have to restart the app during the process in order to get the wishlist back.
2. Restart your device and app
You can fix this issue by simply restarting the Temu app. Restarting the app will refresh its memory and clear any temporary files causing it to malfunction.
Therefore, close the Temu app, wait for a few seconds, and then open the app.
If that does not work, restart or reboot your device. Rebooting the device also refreshes its memory and fixes many bugs. After rebooting, relaunch Temu to see if you have fixed the issue.
3. Check if the product is still available
People add many items to the Temu Wishlist. But sometimes, your favorite items on Temu Wishlist get discontinued or are no longer available.
If a seller removes an item, you will not see it in your Wishlist. Therefore, browse the Temu app or site and check whether the item is still available.
If the item is unavailable or the seller removed it, it explains why you cannot see it in your Wishlist.
4. Log out and log back in
The Temu Wishlist can stop working if you log in from multiple devices. When that happens, the accounts may not sync properly.
Logging out and logging back in helps refresh the account. It also syncs the data between the app and the server.
As a result, it will resolve any account sync problems that may be causing the Wishlist to show incorrectly.
5. Clear app cache and data
The cache in the Temu app can become corrupted and outdated because of frequent use. As a result, the app may malfunction or cause the Wishlist to disappear.
Also, the cache can reach its memory limit, causing the app to load incorrectly. Therefore, clear the app cache and data to see if it fixes the problem.
- Long press the Temu app icon on your phone.
- Select Storage.
- Select Clear Cache and Clear Data.

You must log in to your Temu account again to access your Wishlist.
If the Temu Wishlist is not working on your iPhone, uninstall and reinstall the app, then try again.
6. Check network connectivity
The Temu Wishlist constantly syncs between your devices to access the app and the Temu servers.
Therefore, if you have unstable internet connectivity, it can interrupt the proper syncing and cause errors.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection or speed when adding items to your Wishlist. You can refresh your internet connections by switching to Wi-Fi instead of mobile data.
7. Update the Temu app
When the version of your Temu app is outdated, expect it to have compatibility issues. You must update the app to fix bugs and get new features.
- Go to the Google Play Store or App Store.
- Search for the Temu app. Alternatively, go to the Temu apps page and select your preferred app.
- Update the app from there.
After updating the app, check if it has fixed the Wishlist problem.
Alternatively, uninstall the app from your device and reinstall it.
